• “Booking” means a confirmed reservation made through the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older to book rooms.
• Hosts must be legally authorized to rent or list the property.
• Providing false identity or documents may lead to account termination.

3. Platform Role

HomestayBooking is a technology platform only.
We do not own, operate, or manage any listed properties.
All stays are provided directly by hosts.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and booking information
• Follow property rules and local laws
• Respect property, neighbors, and staff
• Avoid illegal, immoral, or prohibited activities

Any damage caused during stay will be the sole responsibility of the user.

5. Host Responsibilities

Hosts agree to:

• Provide accurate property details, photos, and pricing
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and legal compliance
• Honor confirmed bookings
• Not discriminate based on religion, caste, gender, or nationality

Hosts are solely responsible for their property and guest experience.

6. Booking & Payments

• Prices shown may include service fees and applicable taxes
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• HomestaysBooking may charge a commission or convenience fee

Booking confirmation is valid only after successful payment.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation policies vary by property and will be shown before booking
• Refunds will be processed as per the selected cancellation policy
• Convenience fees may be non-refundable

HomestaysBooking is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

8. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in and check-out times are defined by the host
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and host approval
• Valid government ID is mandatory at check-in

9. Hourly & Couple-Friendly Rooms

• Users must follow local laws and hotel regulations
• Misuse of rooms for illegal activities is strictly prohibited
• HomestaysBooking reserves the right to report violations to authorities

10. Property Damage

Users are liable for any damage caused during the stay.
Hosts may claim damages directly from users or through legal means.

11. Account Suspension

HomestayBooking reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations
• Cancel bookings if fraudulent activity is detected
• Block repeat offenders without prior notice

12. Limitation of Liability

HomestaysBooking shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury, loss, or theft
• Disputes between hosts and users
• Property quality, services, or behavior of hosts

All stays are at the user’s own risk.

13. Privacy & Data

User data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.

14. Changes to Terms
